​Consistent and efficient production of house products for service & catering demands;
includes soups & stocks, pickling, steaming, blanching, roasting, frying, baking, etc.
Prepare platters including various deli products and sandwiches
Prepare bulk portions of various cream cheese flavors​
​
​Candidate must have 2 years comparable experience, enthusiasm, and attention to detail

BAKER
15-40 hrs

Weds - Sun, 2 AM - 10 AM

Bakers boil & bake bagels ahead of service, typically in a team of 2 or 3​
​
Candidates must be reliable, punctual, practice excellent time management and attention to detail, especially with respect to the quality control.

Prior kitchen or bakery experience is preferred
